Johnson County Schools would like to congratulate Mrs. Jessica Mullins on her new position as Instructional Supervisor for Johnson County Schools.
Mrs. Mullins has served the entirety of her 14-year career within the Johnson County School System, where she has served several roles. Most recently, she has been Assistant Principal at Porter Elementary and Flat Gap Elementary while also serving as the 21st Century Community Learning Center Coordinator. Mrs. Mullins also previously served in the role of Digital Learning Coach and STEAM Teacher at Flat Gap Elementary. She began her career at Flat Gap Elementary, where she taught across a variety of elementary self-contained and departmentalized settings. Mrs. Mullins earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky. Her Master’s in Leadership with Principal Certification as well as Rank I in Instructructional Supervision, were both earned from Union College. Mrs. Mullins was inducted into the Kentucky Association of School Administrator’s Kentucky Women in Educational Leadership Cohort in 2022.
Mrs. Mullins brings exceptional work and life experiences, a strong work ethic, and a heart to help all of our students succeed. She wants the strong tradition of academic excellence within Johnson County Schools to continue, and she looks forward to helping our students, staff, and school community with opportunities to grow even more.
