Thanks to the Full-Service Community Schools Grant, we made a valuable investment in Kagan Coaching Training. The training day proved to be highly productive, equipping us with the knowledge of these structures and how to seamlessly integrate them into our classrooms. What's even more exciting is that we've already begun to witness the positive impact of these structures, with many of them being put into practice the very next day!
Our training session drew active participation from administrators, Community School Coordinators, FSCS Teacher Leaders, and SEL Specialists, all genuinely excited about implementing these structures themselves and sharing them with their colleagues. Over the course of the next three years, we are committed to ensuring that our entire faculty becomes proficient in these structures as part of our roll-out plan. With Kagan Structures in place, we anticipate a significant enhancement in our teaching methods, resulting in more engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.
