At the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year, Johnson Central High School reintroduced the Driver's Education program to students. Under the supervision of Mr. Jesse Peck, students can prepare for permit and/or license tests during school hours.
Using a new vehicle donated by Hutch Chevrolet, members of the class have the opportunity to practice driving the course used for the official license test. Students can financially benefit from this class by receiving a discount on their car insurance. The Johnson County School District truly believes that by taking this class, students will become safer and smarter drivers.
