Kagan Shadow Coaching kicked off successfully at Flat Gap Elementary, marking the beginning of an exciting journey for our district! Johnson County School District is proud of the collaboration between our dedicated district Kagan coaches and the expert guidance provided by Kagan. Flat Gap was the first school to complete the process, and all schools will follow in the next two weeks. We’re already seeing the positive impact of Kagan structures in creating dynamic, student-centered learning environments.
