Johnson County Schools

The Johnson County School District and the Johnson County Health Department will be offering COVID-19 vaccines to all students 12 years old and up.  Our plan for the 2021-2022 school year is to be in-person five days a week.  All students/staff who are fully vaccinated are not required to quarantine following exposure if asymptomatic.  Please complete the attached form by June 11, 2021, to register your child for the vaccine.  Once dates are set, you will be contacted with further instructions.  https://forms.gle/HpARyBgSJ8t6...
