Superintendent Thom Cochran and the Johnson County Board of Education recognized and celebrated students and faculty/staff during the monthly board meeting. Johnson Central High School students were recognized as Governor Scholars. Johnson County Middle School teacher Ms. Marsha Colvin received the Golden Eagle Award. Mrs. Kim Castle and Mr. Shannon Smith were honored and congratulated on their retirements. Johnson Central High School students Nicholas Hardin and Constance Martin began serving their roles as student board members. A huge thank you to all those who attended and celebrated these remarkable accomplishments!
