
Mrs. Smith's class updating their leadership notebooks and tracking their WIGs (wildly important goals) for I-Ready! We have discussed our scores from our reading test yesterday and compared them to the beginning of the year. We are so proud of their growth! We also reviewed our math scores and made a plan to show growth when we take that test on Thursday.





Mrs. Bryant's class is celebrating all kinds of good things! We have perfect attendance today! They did wonderful on their I-Ready Reading diagnostics this morning! Last week, every student passed 2 I-Ready Reading & 2 I-Ready Math lessons! Keep up the great work, Kindergarten!


Mrs. White's 1st grade class has worked hard passing iReady lessons and meeting their classroom goal of 2 reading and 2 math lessons every week. They filled this apple and have earned a pajama day!!

Congratulations to our STLP Project Team, S.T.O.P., and Help Desk Live Challenge team for winning their respective categories at yesterday's FSCS District Event. We are incredibly proud of all our STLP participants who competed during the event. Go Eagles!

Mrs. Vanhoose's 2nd grade class has been working on addition and subtraction with regrouping. They have learned a subtraction song to help them remember to regroup.


The Central Elementary Student Lighthouse Team is assisting the FRYSC with a Thanksgiving Food Drive! The Team will be collecting food donations during Parent/Teacher Conferences next Wednesday, November 15. C.E.S. greatly appreciates your support and donations!


Sixth grade had a wonderful Halloween Party at CES!


One of my favorite days with my new teachers is our SPA (Special Professional Assistance) Day. I was able to spend the day with Ms. Morgan Wilson observing some expert teachers and planning leveled reading lessons. We saw awesome instruction, management and student learning happening. I am one blessed DLC/CSC. Thanks Mrs. Holbrook and Mrs. Vickers for welcoming us into you classrooms.
