Summer Camp Begins June 1st
JC EAGLES HOOPS CAMP! 🏀
Any child age 1 through 18 qualifies regardless of income.
Enrollment in Johnson County Schools is not necessary to participate in the program.
ONE SIGNUP FORM PER CHILD PARTICIPANT IS REQUIRED.
Each child signed up will be provided 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches for pickup from your chosen location.
Only parents/guardians may pick up meals for children who are not present at the meal pick up.
If a child is not signed up for the program, the child must be present at their first meal pickup to receive their meals.
Buses will deliver meals once per week to the chosen location.
If a change in pickup location is needed, please complete this form again with the updated location.
A child that receives a meal from a summer food service site cannot receive the same meal from another site.

For Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week, some of Mrs. Skaggs' students handed out encouraging notes to staff members they chose. After reading the notes, each student quickly knew who they wanted to give theirs to. It not only brightened our staff’s day, but also showed the students how good it feels to encourage and appreciate others.
