Mrs. Bayes' 6th grade class had the pleasure of hosting Miss Aliceson Jude, a senior at Kentucky Christian University. Miss Jude provided instruction on the use of microscopes and facilitated an engaging activity where students observed Chlamydomonas, a type of green algae.

Mrs. Bevins’ first grade class has enjoyed a week of learning about leaves. Students completed leaf collections by identifying different leaves that they had found. Then today we went on a nature walk to find some leaves to complete two projects for fun Friday. The students got to complete pictures with leaves and then use their own creativity to make their own leaf people. It was a fantastic week of learning! The students agreed it was the best day ever! 💙
