Johnson Central High School

Mr. Matt Cantrell, English teacher at Johnson Central High School, was recently promoted to be a Table Leader of the national AP English Literature Exam Reading. At this position he trains the fellow members of his table on how to properly grade student exams. He then reviews their grading and makes changes as needed. It is his responsibility that exams are graded properly and fairly. This summer Cantrell will spend a full week in Salt Lake City, Utah, training new members on grading AP exams. Cantrell has been a National reader for years and was chosen to present at the Collegeboard National Conference last summer in Florida. Congrats to Mr. Cantrell!
