Students with an instructional permit or drivers license,
Today is the first day of a brand new 9 weeks. The next round of No Pass/No Drive reporting of non-compliant students to the Department of Transportation will occur at the end of this 4th term.
On May 21, student drivers who are not passing 5 of their 7 classes for the second semester will be reported as non-compliant (as required by law) to the DOT and will lose their license or permit for the summer. Students' 3rd and 4th terms are averaged to determine their semester grade. If a student is in danger of being non-compliant due to a poor 3rd term, they can amp up their work this 4th term so they will pass for the semester.
You can reach out to Mrs. Misty Goble for Eagle Enrichment opportunities at 789-2500 or misty.delong@johnson.kyschools.us. Her team is standing by to help. Any student is welcome to come in after school, before school, or all day on Wednesdays in the library for high quality assignment help or simply a quiet work space.
