If you selected BYOD (bring your own device) -
You MUST complete device readiness by 10/10. This is during our Fall Break so it's important to do this NOW.
If you are using a personal device, you must download ACT Gateway and complete steps according to the emails you received from ACT.
If you plan to use your school chromebook, go to apps, select ACT Gateway, and complete the steps from there.
If you selected "school device" -
You do not need to complete any readiness steps but you MUST bring your JC Schools CHARGED chromebook to my office (Ms Austin) and let me assign it to our test center.
Sufficient charging outlets are NOT available on exam day. Please arrive with on test day with a device that has a minimum of 6 hours of battery life available.
